A no-deal Brexit is raising talk of a united Ireland

Completely agree with this. I've said pretty much the exact same to my friends. Democracy is malleable, while I find it flawed - and Brexit is a perfect example, at least it has potential to be shaped into something more beneficial for all modern societies, but we seriously must take some great leaps and shake up foundations. I removed my reply to Devildude because I was beginning to get a bit too emotionally involved and angry. You must be able to see why the Northern Irish and Scots are exceptionally touchy about all of this though. We just feel like - fuck it, why bother. We feel worthless. Non included. Irrelevant. It's beyond infuriating. Yes we are British, and I look back at my grandfathers generation around the time of WW2 and see a nation of incredible individuals worthy of envy by all, but these days there is so much division and antagonism.
