5. Masculine Man with Vagina (Reverse-Futa)
6. Feminine Male (Trap)
7. Vanilla Male

All you need to do to figure out pairings is add up the two values and divide by 2. For threesomes, add up the three values and divide by 3.

NOTE: This scale by far works best when one of the members in the pairing is Vanilla. Things start to not be accurate if you mix too much.

NOTE: "Masculine" and "Feminine" describe both personality and physicality. They vary greatly depending on the situation. "Man" and "Woman" represent identification. A dude who is going to be transgender but hasn't started the transition, yet still is called "she," would be Number 4 above. "Male" and "Female" are used when identification and genitalia are in alignment.
