If you think a guy spinning around a pillar displacing enemies endlessly is a quality addition to the game... I have no idea what to tell you. If you think him setting up a minefield in such a large area that deals that amount of damage almost instantly is healthy for the game, I don't know what to tell you. Yes, you can destroy the mines but they have just enough HP to make trying to do so during a fight stupid. He's terrible, he feels terrible both to play and to play against. His abilities are something that will likely range from absolutely useless to overpowered depending on the patch until Blizzard reworks him in a year or two. This whole PTR patch is an absolute failure from Blizzard. Even the freaking Sombra changes are a failure.
