I’m probably on edge about this because in the last month or so, I’ve seen a woman in her 20’s get mobbed for cosplaying or taking sexy photos with her taller girlfriend. Shauna Mae Lesick, a 23 year old woman whose brain cancer treatment in childhood gave her pituitary dwarfism, is constantly harassed for this, Perez Hilton just publicly called her boyfriend a pedophile. Here’s another one calling out this short woman with a tall boyfriend. No matter how loud people participating in this trend are about wanting to protect kids, they only seem to ever attack grown women. That’s why I’m saying it’s misogynistic.
