Not sure if this could lead to addiction.

It's not the dosage I'm worried about, but your methodology. I have a personal experience with this. I have been with a close friend as he went from college kid and Vyvanse binger to dropout to meth addict, to recovery meth addict trying to get things back together. He relapsed a bunch of times got kicked out by his parents and I'm really rooting for him now but it's a daily struggle.

The really hard part that he has ADHD too. He's trying to get off his feet get a steady job make money. But he is having a really tough time doing it unmedicated. But he can't have it BC it's addictive. And even if he could be trusted with it, most doctors and housing programs won't serve him if he takes these on prescription either.

I'm saying this because your descriptions of anxiety and seeming self medication remind me of what he was like when he started getting addicted. If your want to do this just make sure you're doing it with a doctor's blessing and you're not getting into the habit of hiding things from them.
