I watch a lot of foreign shows because I am always curious and these were really just maybe 4-5 shows that were horrible dubbed. I figure most here probably have never seen them and so dont even know what we are talking about.

Also with covid I remember reading voice studios got shut down so they had to do voice dubbing like virtual or thru skype or something, so maybe thats where some of these low quality productions have appeared from anyways.

And maybe it wont happen again :) And yeah I agree with you, I think its very expensive. But its still much cheaper than filming a whole show and a good dub can give you a lot of success and income with a show
