NYC Named World's Best City, As If It Wasn't Already | New York City, NY Patch

Oh really ? Lets ask the 63+ thousand homeless of new york city what they think. Btw, that number only includes the average number of homeless at shelters. They are packed and can't let more in. Let's also consider how many homeless live in and below the nyc subway stations, under the very foundations of the city.

If you are rich its the worlds greatest city, if you are poor, i doubt you can remark about how great the city is.

Lets also consider that gentrification has made rent prices explode to unrealistic levels, poor door proposels and the collapse of nycha. its so easy to look at the bright side when you live on the bright side, but the rest of the people you ignore everyday are struggling.
