Quirk:

Haemokinetic Constructs — can form metals out of blood.

Specifics:

• can use her own blood / somebody else / animal blood
• need to touch the blood (range limit)
• size of metal created is proportional to the amount of blood
• easiest for her to form is Iron, next is Copper, but essentially she can create any metal.
• she can mold the metals to any shape before it becomes "solid"

Combat use:

• can create weapons and armor. Small daggers / pins / needles are staple, since they require the littlest

amount of blood.

Side-effects:

• Chi has abnormal blood regeneration
• Too much blood regeneration is bad. She has polycythemia.
• Has to regularly undergo bloodletting to get rid of extra blood, resulting in her weak body (physically)

fighting/violence.

Bio

Her name is Katame Chi, with the Chi written as 知 “wisdom”. Her name means “solidifying wisdom”, but Chi

could also be written as 血 which means “blood”, so her name could also mean as “solidifying blood”.

She is enrolled in UA in class 1-H, in the Support Department. She's classmates and close friends with Hatsume Mei. They work through a combo of sorts; Chi creates the metals that Mei can use to create gadgets.

She really doesn't like fighting. She avoids it at all costs. Aside from the fact that she's weak, she's also shy and an introvert. The tournament... she joined it because Mei told her it could be a fun way to test her Quirk limitations / ability.
