how to be sure of my hair's 'natural' texture?

omg i'm glad, i thought i was just dumb for not being able to straighten out such simple steps lol.

so ..one-time clarifying, and then co-wash + detangle/comb + styling product? sounds gooood

Also: I am pretty confident that if you stop coating your hair in silicone and get it lots of moisture it'll eventually look much better even with only two steps.

ahhh i hope you're right!

Also also: if I only cowash and dont' use gel or anything my hair is legit completely straight but poofy.

lol this is comforting.

and yes, the day in the life would be very nice/helpful!

one more thing—the tresemme conditioner rec'd here comes in a rectangular bottle now i think (that's how it looks on the website), so is it the exact same formula as the one in the round bottle?
