(So I created an OC with a friend on the fly, so I'm not really sure how this works, figured I might as well share :) )
Character Name: Quirk Logger - QL/ 25/ San Diego California
Bio: The QL is a self taught hero, having made it into various local hero agencies by a mixture of luck and skill. She is currently stationed on the streets of Chicago working for the CHA (Chicago Hero Agency) and is trying the clean up the streets.
Quirk: Quirk Hacking - When QL touches another person with a quirk, she mentally learns their "Code" a series of numbers ranging from 20 - 60 digits. When she repeats a person's code she is able to use their quirk, for as long as she is able to mentally recite their "Code." The more powerful a quirk the longer the code, and the harder it is for her to use it.
Shield - A giant glowing blue shield - the first quirk that she realized she could steal - it's a shield that her entire body can hide behind and protrudes from her wrist, it will stay up as long as she maintains concentration, and it is indestructible while it is up. QL is most familiar with this code and quirk, so it will be the one she turns to the most often, able to bring it up in about 2 seconds.
Speed - A quirk that slightly enhances her speed, she uses this to reach speeds of up to 35 mph. Her primary uses of this will be to either catch villains running away or land fast moving punches that pack extra force. Speed contains a code of about 25 digits and takes about 3 seconds to activate. She also cannot maintain this very long, she will end up either running into walls or tripping which will make her lose focus.
X - ray Vision - This Quirk allows her to see through walls and other obstacles in a 15 foot radius. She will primarily use this while she is working to find criminals. X - ray Vision has a fairly short code of around 20 digits - but because of her unfamiliarity she can pull this code up in about 3 seconds.
Thief - When she touches someone she is able to learn their code, but the more impressive the quirk the longer the code is. To compensate this QL has designed a fancy watch and visor to store various Quirks. When she encounters a quirk she deems useful she will enter the code on her watch, label it, and then store it in her database. In dire situations when a specific quirk is needed then she pull up the codes which will display on her visor, and recites to code to use that quirk. She rarely uses this in hand to hand combat since she is uncomfortable with the other quirks, she primarily uses this for rescue situations. ex. House is burning, pull up water creation quirk.
Weakness: While using another persons quirk she is mentally incapacitated, and any break in concentration will cause the quirk to fail, very painful injuries will incapacitate her.
Fighting Style: Hybrid type of fighting style, she will usually plan and then use her quirk since she can't do much thinking while her quirk is being used. She has committed many forms of hand to hand combat to muscle memory so that she won't have to do much thinking about that during a fight.
Stats: Strength:3(+1) - Most of her attacks come from her natural hand to hand, the only Quirk based attacks she uses are the occasional shield bash and speed punch. Speed:2(+1) - Her speed quirk does make her faster, but only as long as she has a set path. She can think of her different quirks fairly quickly, but she still has to spend a few seconds of concentration. Defense:4(+4) - Uses her Quirk primarily for the defense of others, using her quirk defensively to protect others also requires less thinking and planning, so she defaults towards defense. Endurance: 1(0) - After taking one or two really powerful hits her quirk will become useless, since she can't focus beyond the pain. Quirk Mastery: 5(+4) - Because of the nature of her quirk she is hyper aware of how it works and her capabilities.
