Off my meds for a month I’m confused way I haven’t it mania

I watched a documentary about bipolar people years ago because i wanted to understand myself more. I have more lows than high.

13-17 was my worst years.

I'm now in my late twenties.

My last relapse was 2019 my nan died i didn't get to say goodbye to her so triggered i hallucinated a lump on the back of my neck and thought I was dying I had to go on medication for a little bit.

But from the documentary i saw that some bipolar people can stay stable for months or years unless traumatic stress triggers them. And they just have a few symptoms in the meantime.

You could just be having a stable moment.

But no one will know for sure on here.

You should see your doctor to check if you have any concerns.
