If you don't wanna make people feel like they're being taken for a ride, don't announce a big torrent and ask people if you should release it now or later, as if everything's ready to go, decide to release it later, suddenly realize/decide that you need some HD episodes, get the HD episodes, then suddenly point out that you need several full episodes. You made it sound like the torrent was complete and ready to go in early December, yet you keep coming up with another excuse to delay it. Just release the damn thing--people have been telling you that for a month. You're not pressing discs, these are files on the Internet. You can literally amend this whenever you need to.
