My suggestion is to try using your brain and actually pay attention to things. I'm sure you're not alone in this, because there's a ton of WoW players with varying skill levels; there are probably WoW players that don't use their On-Use trinkets at all. Calling yourself a "casual player" is an excuse for being lazy and not putting in the effort. Instead of calling yourself a casual player, like it's some validation, dig deep and find some self awareness. "I'm too lazy", "I don't care enough", "I can't be arsed", "I don't find the value," are the actual reasons you're looking for when justifying using a macro like what you've posted.

So, what's the point in this post? Are you trying to validate bad play or what exactly are you asking for?
