Do you think the "Oniguruma" throw from the Hinomaruzumo manga is doable in judo?

One of the challenges with manga (besides the limitations of the artist to draw things anatomically correct) is the comic frames obviously don't show the entire sequence of action. In this instance I think the artist's use of perspective (which objectively added intensity and a satisfying excitement, so its totally fine!) to the trained eye implies a level of lift, rotation, and force, that is physically implausible.

However assuming we're eliminating strikes and anime super human strength: I could see the throw being just a nasty version of uki goshi. Basically when you dump them you push their head down instead of grabbing their arm to rotate them onto their back.
