Only the CEO can authorize loaner vehicles? Okay!

Years back, my dad has a gotten a really nice brand new fully loaded luxury car. Was so excited. He travels a lot for work, and would come back from week long business trip and the car is dead, like can't even unlocked the car dead. So they would send someone out to jump it. Took it in to the dealer, no problems, they didn't have any issues. He would drive it for a while worked great, go out of town for a couples of days, the same thing would happen. Take it in again, they claim nothing is wrong. Well after the 5th time in 6 months, my mom had had it, she was giving my dad her car, and then waiting in her pjs for the tow guy or the service person. So she said, take it this time and don't give it back until you find out what is wrong.

Yep, there was a part that was not turning off the electronic system, that would have it run the battery all the time. When my dad was home, the 8 -10 hrs in the garage wasn't long enough to drain it. But the week long business trips were.

They had the gall to say, oh well we will just order the parts it's new so it will take a while. Well, my mom is a lawyer she was over it. Hell hath no fury like a mom who is tired and just done. Well don't won't fix it, don't want to take it back. Well, we will just invoke the lemon law, and you have to take it back and report to the government you sold us a lemon. Now, they change their tune, nooo noo noo. We have can have a brand new car deliver next week, and give you a similar rental until it's ready to pick up. No need to report a lemon, and we will even renegotiate your contract.

I was pet sitting for them a couple of years ago, and I got a flat, and the repair tech pull up to the house and it had been years, and still remembered my dad and mom, like 10 years later.
