Oregon judge proposes militia pay $75,000 a day for occupying refuge

Okay, I'll try to unpack this bit by bit.

Wait wait wait a second so they are a private militia which is in our Constitution

Nowhere does the Constitution recognize private militias.

there doing what they need to. What they feel they need to.

If what they feel they need to do violates federal law, they also need to be prepared to deal with the consequences.

let me just say that so weather it's right or wrong to u doesn't matter but black live matter protesters literally burn shit down and murder people

You'll have to show me a news story describing BLM protesters murdering somebody. As for destructive rioting, yes, this makes them criminals and they should be dealt with accordingly.

because of what? They think no one cares about black people ?

Because they believe they receive unequal treatment under the law and are disproportionately mistreated by law enforcement in particular. Their methods of protest aside, they have a fair amount of evidence supporting their case.

I'm missing where occuping a building is worth seizing there property.

I believe this was proposed in lieu of a fine, as the protesters wouldn't likely be responsive to a request for payment at the moment. But I agree, in this sort of matter it doesn't make a lot of sense to make such an imposition before a trial.

You guys are a bunch of privileged hypocritical losers.

I think you'll find that while many of us agree that the mistreatment of black people by law enforcement merits attention, we disagree with many of the forms of protest that have made headlines. I'm sure you'll find a fair amount of hypocrisy surrounding these issues, but you seem to be presuming a bit much.

Who paid for those black lives matter protests ducking tax payers so you can't have it both ways

Okay, I don't quite follow this line. Sorry.

they are NON VIOLENTLY protesting soo because there speaking for what they believe in

They are heavily armed and have said that they would respond to force with force, and that they would not guarantee the safety of officers who might intervene. They are threatening violence. This is not a peaceful protest.

they should be fined. Ok remember key board warriors your very little comments about how you feel do nothing action requires action

Man, I wish I did have a keyboard. This was a lot to type on my phone.
