Overstock.com is not refunding us $2000 despite returning our items

"Company won't help after we tell the bank they committed fraud"... no shit.

Yes but the company refusing to return money after accepting the return of the product is fraud. Overstock needs to be returning the money now that they have the returned item. even if the bank is holding the comapnys money. because now that the charge back has been dropped they will get there money back from the bank eventually. there's no excuse for any company not to be refunding the money with all the other money they have knowing they will get there money back from the bank eventually. There keeping the money AND the defective product. They're refusing to get in touch with them about it, suggesting they have no intention of ever returning the money. The fact op accused the company of fraud when it might not have been, doesn't change the fact that the company then went on to commit fraud.
