[PA] Woman is claiming I 21M am the father of her 8 year old daughter. She is threatening me with family court.

Contact Domestic Relations AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I repeat call them IMMEDIATELY! PA is a strange state because a woman can slap a custody agreement on any man (even if they aren't listed on the BC) and the court will come after you for support until you request a hearing through Domestic Relations. At that hearing you can contest paternity, but until then the child support can (and will) start adding up.

Do not contact the woman because she has the law on her side. Do NOT admit to anything, and MAKE SURE you tell the Special Master (essentially a custody judge) that you are NOT the father and you want a paternity test.
