I don't know if it's frowned upon to answer my own question but the reason I was asking is because I was looking into daycare for my 2 year old

My step-sister recommended a daycare to me that her twins go to and she randomly texted me saying do not go to recommendation!!!

She proceeded to tell me about how one of her boys (who has sensory issues) was clearly held down and bit 7/8 times up his entire arm, so hard that it was already badly bruised on each bite. THEY WEREN'T EVEN GOING TO TELL HER! The incident happened at 3pm (they knew exactly what time but did not call her) and she didn't pick them up until 6pm. She made them make an incident report and never took them back. She isn't going to take any other action against the daycare.
