A peaceful, easy life hasn’t made us happy. It’s time to give War a chance.

  1. Do well in school
  2. Go to the Air Force Academy and do well
  3. Get the Air Force to pay for you to go to MIT because you did well in the academy and got a scholarship
  4. Become a Test Pilot, with the dream of making it into NASA, do that for a couple of years and have a good son and a dipshit one.
  5. Watch terrorists attack your home city, become enraged and volunteer to go to the Middle East
  6. Get PTSD and get a divorce then remarry the same person
  7. Rise through ranks, making your way to the Pentagon and work with lobbyists
  8. Divorce 2.0, remarry a new person have another kid.
  9. Fail to rise past Colonel because you didn't follow the right career path by being both a test pilot and a fighter pilot rather than one or the other, among other Air Force politics
  10. Retire
  11. Get a job in the Weapons Industry
  12. Rise through the ranks, having a good reputation as someone who flew the planes you are now selling.
