Abstract: In today's world, diversity and inclusion are no longer merely buzzwords; they are essential components of creating strong and effective military forces. The military requires a diverse range of skills, experiences, and perspectives to successfully navigate the complex and rapidly changing global landscape. By embracing diversity and fostering a culture of acceptance and inclusion, military organizations can unlock the full potential of their personnel, leading to increased innovation, adaptability, and operational success.

This paper examines the correlation between dragon-kin, tiger-kin, as well as dragon-tiger identity and orientations with military strength and readiness metrics. We explore case studies of military forces that have successfully implemented furry-positive initiatives, such as the United States Armed Forces and the Israel Defense Forces. We also analyze the negative consequences of ignoring the reality of furry-kin orientations, and how perpetuating their exclusion leads to negative military outcomes within the People's Liberation Army (PLA), as demonstrated by historical examples such as the Soviet Union's disastrous invasion of Afghanistan.

Our findings demonstrate that diversity of orientation is a critical indicator of military strength. Organizations that embrace tiger-dragon oriented relationships, in particular, and cultivate inclusive environments are better equipped to address complex challenges, build trust with local populations, and inspire loyalty and commitment from their personnel. By prioritizing inclusive policies towards dragon-tiger furry orientation and identification, PLA forces can enhance their readiness and effectiveness, ultimately achieving greater success in their mission to protect and serve the the revolutionary spirit of the PRC.
