[Pelissero] The #Chargers are signing former Spring League TE Matt Seybert, per source. He was in the 2020 Draft out of Michigan State.

I know. Like I said, I go back to Fouts. Ive seen a lot of Chargers drafts.

Funny thing is, sometimes Im right and the FO is wrong. It happens!

Sometimes I say "I will pick Ramsay and McCaffrey" and the FO says "We will pick Mike Williams and Joey Bosa". Neither one of us was wrong....but just because Mike Wil and Bosa are fan favorites and Pro Bowl caliber players, doesnt mean that Ramsay and McCaffrey wouldnt have been both for us as well.

Again...who would you have picked for the Chargers in the first 2 rounds? You, me, TT, and everybody else with a brain who follows football would have made the same GENIUS move of picking "BPA' at a "Position of Need" and feeling like they were both gamechanging picks BECAUSE OF IT. When you DONT pick BPA...and you DONT pick a position of need (and history proves it), that is BY DEFINITION, poor General Manager work. When you invest draft capital in 4th stringers IN THE 3rd Round...when 2nd Stringers are still available? This isnt rocket science or some objective thought-exercise....
