What I see in the video is that the man is harassing the woman and baiting her with leading comments. Sure the lady is upset and on edge, but the man keeps pushing it. He is clearly playing her and has evil intent, using his phone to capture her comments and then play out his big game. He is basically stalking her for the kill.

Incredible that people do not immediately see the man's technique to basically bait and drown another human. He is completely territorial setting up the play to get the whole country to play along with his race card ballet while he brags about his income and 3200 sq ft home.

There is no information about who hit who in the parking lot. Clearly the woman is upset and the man is baiting and harassing her. This is evident when it is he who does the set up about "welfare" while he is actively irritating her. She might have racist views, but I see the man as a predator, manipulating and stalking his prey for the win. It is really obvious.
