In a small town in the south where I live in the early eighties, the daughter of a well known prominent businessman, who was in her late 20's had just gotten married. Desperate for a baby they tried for years she couldn't carry to full term, she had numerous early miscarriages. Afraid that her husband was going to leave her she became desperate and never told anyone that she had lost the last baby and carried on with the pregnancy, faking it, she befriended a young couple that was new in town, a mother that was pregnant and also had a three year old daughter. Long story short the new young woman in town woman had her baby and three days later the crazy lady went to this young woman's house and shot her, shot the three year old and stole the baby and burned the house down and tried to play off the baby as her own. Of course her family knew something was suspicious and ended up turning her in. It was horrible and she has been out of prison for the last 15 years, didn't move back here but to another small town only a few hours away and I see her all over facebook with friends of friends talking and posting things with her and I just can't get over it. We are a small town and every knows everybody.
