People who grew up middle/upper class, what did you not believe about low income households but it was actually true?

In my work, there are roughly 20-25 workers. 1 person is full time.

The government fucked up majorly by forcing benefits for full time workers, all it did was fuck the people. The companies don't suffer, they don't give a fuck if you barely make enough to live on, they don't care how it actually impacts you, they just don't fucking care.

That's what I've found out recently, and it has me pissed off and depressed. I simultaneously want to shake the world and scream wake the fuck up - Let's get mad, Stop being so idle, time to shake shit up and see what happens. I was promoting a positive value mindset, but as of late - fuck it. Just fuck it. Burn this country to the fucking ground.
