People who prefer Sanders over Trump and Trump over Clinton, what are your reasons?

I was there until his list of judicial nominees. Sanders and Trump are both unconventional and inconvenient to their parties, but Sanders has a better track record and would be a better president.

Trump gets a lot of flak as a demagogue, some of it deserved, but he wants the average person to succeed, and he does not really care about the social conservative garbage that has plagued the GOP for decades and only hurts America. Imagine if he could bring the GOP into 2006, if not 2016.

Clinton will say anything and do anything to get elected, she has shown poor judgment, and I hate HATE political dynasties. She has lied about her record and Sanders, and is NOT a progressive. Just look at when she finally said gay marriage is ok. Zero principles. Her presidency will merely mark time.

Then Trump published his list of judicial candidates. It turns out he's just another conservative who uses minorities as pawns to achieve his real goal. Usually the goal is to pander to the far right (but do nothing for them) and quietly suck the cocks of big business for campaign contributions. I'm not totally sure what Trump is up to, but now he just seems like another Romney with different packaging.

Why do I care about judges? In my experience with federal courts, GWB's judges are loyal party members but awful judges. These judges raise the costs of doing business because of litigation costs. They are loose cannons. If you do not believe me, look at sites that rate judges. Terrible record. I want nothing to do with another guy who panders with judicial nominations. (Roberts was a good pick, though, smartest guy on the Court.) Clinton doesn't have to prove anything, so she gets to pick smart people.

So now I have to hope Hillary gets indicted and I can vote my choice. It would have been easier to choose if Mr. Zodiac had won. :/

(Democrats do similar garbage, pandering to unions so Minnesotans can't buy beer on Sundays, making absurd deals paying for NFL stadiums, supporting SOPA/PIPA, etc., but they are the party driving positive social change.)
