(Permission granted by OP to repost) Workplace discrimination in Singapore is more pervasive than you think, and no, foreigners are not always the culprit

And I said that I suspect that the CCP is responsible for the growing ethno-nationalist radicalism that can be seen on certain online spaces, which means I pinned the ultimate blame on an external aggressor, not on other fellow Singaporeans. It was literally in the title of the post that you are digging out.

But leave the wider context out, why don’t you. I guess slicing and dicing the words makes it fit in with your narrative here.

And please, why is it that people who speak up against mistreatment are always the ones with “strong and/or inflammatory opinions”, but the people on HWZ and other terrible online spaces that have been stirring so much shit for years don’t get tagged with the same loaded descriptors? Why don’t you go after them with the same ferocity? Go place the burden of good behaviour upon them, then you can come back and lecture minorities about how they’re overreacting and being inflammatory to the horrible shit they have to see on social media. I’m sure you’d do the same if you were on the receiving end.
