Is it possible to go to the MSDE w/o an attorney?

You are right it is poorly written. Having daily migraines, high-stress levels and not being able to work agitate the situation.

If you think that your post hurt my feelings you are wrong.

Let me start over...

Parent comes on the virtual classroom screaming at me in front of my students (I asked a day or so earlier to be removed from the class), the principal tells me that the same parent is calling me names instead of saying, "Parent you just interrupted her class and now you are calling her names?"

Two months later my cousin dies and I start talking about it, they wait five months later to recommend me for termination.

Parent writes on th that she hated me and her family says they are going to do physical harm to me.

The local board terminates me in 4/2022 because the general counsel says I have a history of this behavior, but another child sent me an inappropriate email (A lawyer actually told me I was right to remove the child) hr changes the story that I "physically pushed the student" Never happened because we were all at home.

The administrative law judge says because I wouldn't let the issue of not getting an apology from the parent go, I should be terminated. 12/2022 The way it was worded was that parent only called to the school 2 or 3 times

1/2023 The peace order from the parent has her writing that she was calling on me everyday complaining.
