Baltimore Looks to Expand Internet Access by Building Its Own Network

1st I didn't say they were low crime cities I said they have less crime which is factory correct.

2nd looking at raw numbers means nothing. The population of Philadelphia is 1,582,000 people while the population of Baltimore is 602,000 or less than half.

So yeah philly having more murders makes sense when they have more than double the population. You need to look at crime per 100,000 people to get a rate you can compare to other places.

Also are you arguing that we shouldn't be trying to bring businesses to the city? Or against commu ity based broadband?

I mean the city is losing population and investment is stagnating. Also gentrification is pretty far off for lost of the city given the immense amount of unused housing stock we have. So I don't see how community broadband is anything but good at this point.
