Quantum mechanics has proven in a timeless mathematical way that time at least to us observers is an illusion or collapsed projection. Past, present and future are all a single coherent spacial field. One of the many possibilities exposed is we can create an instrument that tweaks the future and the past (pre and post subatomic quantum events) and use those to perform bitwise operation in exactly the way they do, and as the past snaps itself to compliance to conform to the needs of the present, our CPU can perform its calculation using the wasted horsepower of these subatomic events.
