Pride Pin

Again, her being supportive of the LGBT community does not mean that she is "hinting" that she's gay/bi/whatever. I'm sorry you don't like hearing this, but speculation about someone's sexuality is ALWAYS disrespectful no matter who you're talking about and no matter what "hint" you think you're getting. It is speculation, it is rude, it IS an invasion of privacy, and it is an assumption.

Just because she's encouraging speculation about the album it doesn't mean that she's encouraging speculation on her sexuality. It took her a long time to address the Karlie thing, and that might have been easier to squash as it was about her friend as well.

Stalking is not the only form of invasion of privacy, there are a lot of nuances here. Even in a scenario where Taylor were to come out tomorrow, it would still not give us a right to speculate about it before she herself addressed it.

Also, the rainbow pin makes sense no matter what in the context of this album and the political stance Taylor is taking. She has shared her support for the queer community on several occasions, she literally has a lyric on her newest single that goes "like a rainbow with all of the colors", the aesthetic for this entire era could be described as a pastel rainbow, but even though the LGBT community has embraced the rainbow as their symbol, a rainbow doesn't always equal that community, it can symbolize many different things.
