Really the best thing they could do now is something completely out of the blue, they can’t undo what they did. Maybe giving free out merch, giving away the last tickets to people free, coming up with a couple more tour dates, specifically responding to people who had really bad experiences posts and maybe helping them personally; free seats, free merch, free something.
