In your opinion, how could Taylor Nation and Ticketmaster make this right?

I’m mad too, but I feel like nobody here is thinking logically. They can’t legally stop everyone from reselling. Some of her locations are in states where non transferable tickets are illegal. Really the best thing they could do now is something completely out of the blue, they can’t undo what they did. Maybe giving free out merch, giving away the last tickets to people free, coming up with a couple more tour dates, specifically responding to people who had really bad experiences posts and maybe helping them personally; free seats, free merch, free something. Releasing hits different on spotify. Ticketmaster and Taylor should probably post apologies, even if things were actually out of their hands. I’m sure taylor herself has nothing to do with this, but it might make people feel better.
