I been in similar circumstances.

I would say don't chase closure or try to reunite with past lovers/exes.

It doesn't work out in my experience.

And just can reawaken old feelings and pain.

Plus you might end up being rejected or friend zoned which is even worse.

I do believe it is possible to have love or be in love or have feelings for two different people.

And feel for them in different ways.

I also know what it feels like to have no one else match up to someone.

And it sucks.

But i wouldnt reach out to this person if they are with someone else now.

Even if you just wanted to be friends.

If this person still felt how you felt they would of reached out by now and they wouldnt be with someone else.
