Some people don't want to drive 20-30 minutes for a Blastoise.

Some??? -None wants to drive a single minute for a Blastoise.

I think it's respectful to ask them to join a different group since we all have things to do in our lives.

Obviously don't go there if you don't know what it is going to hatch. There are online maps like GymHuntr.

It is totally senseless to go to there and wait that Blastoise hatches.

So, which type of person are you? Okay with waiting for people that say they're coming, or someone that wants to start the second you get there if given the opportunity?

I always wait everyone and tell to other people to wait! OBVIOUSLY!

But I am starting to get frustrated with people that want to start the second they get there and that often results in splitting up the group and one group failing because of people.

Yeah you're right. I hate those kind of people but fortunately it happened only during the first days. Now everyone wait all others here.

I should also note that everyone was also in the discord group as well, so they could have responded.

Here we wait everyone who says: "I'm coming" after the egg hatches. If people don't say anything we don't wait obviously someone who isn't coming since if they don't say anything they're supposed not to go there.
