/r/badphilosophy is just another ivory tower circlejerk sub and /u/Get_erkt & /u/drunkentune know it and revel in it. It's like /r/drama for STEMAnMlords. Except /r/drama doesn't limit it's autism to a single field. It's far more diverse because /r/drama sperglords are better at multiple things instead of just sitting around asking "Why?" while people respond "Why not?" and acting like it actually accomplished anything useful or worthwhile.

And I want to make myself clear, I'm not saying the philosophy sub is an ivory tower sub, nor ask reddit, I'm saying the pretentious chucklefucks who needed to make their own Safe Space ^TM where they could sniff their own farts and jerk each other off about how great they are and how stupid everyone else is, is an ivory tower sub.

Further proof of this is when their mods need to fell so much more super special and pretentious than everyone else that they not only need to be a philosopher AnMlord, but also vegan so they can feel superior to their own community.
