/r/BreadTube discusses if PewDiePie is a gateway to alt-right philosophy, /r/PewdiepieSubmissions shows up to be angry about it

I forgot about the jokes he made about rape back then and I see from your post history that those offend you a lot. If he made those jokes in the past year or two he would definitely get a lot of backlash from media and I understand why. Back then those type of jokes were way more common and was childish commentary. I was 12 years old when I started watching so I thought nothing of the jokes at the time. I guess there isn't really much to say other than separating the art from the artist in this case. Many musicians have rape allegations and still get radio play and are currently popular in society. It sucks but it is a reality. If his videos of today were still his childish humor from those times then I would most likely not still be a viewer.
