Racist abuse by CSG security staff at ManUtd.

Okay, so start off with the presumption of innocence whilst it gets investigated. It’s then found through an investigation that the kid was telling the truth and then the staff/company are dealt with accordingly. The worst that happens is it takes a little time before an outcome is reached. It’s not saying the kid is lying, it’s just getting the full facts first.

Now instead, like everyone here is doing let’s start off by automatically believing the kid and these staff members are sacked and made public examples of. However it then comes to light the kid wasn’t being truthful. Potentially livelihoods and good character of innocent people ruined.

This is one of the drawbacks of social media. Common sense is out the window.
