Racist Guidance counselor at a nearby school. Anything I can do?

My argument hasn't changed at all, I have always questioned the validity of the ops statement (see my previous comments about how a claim needs to valid for it to be investigated). I don't think he's lying, I think only relying one side of the argument is stupid. And who knows some people like lying and causing chaos I don't know him anything is possible. Reporting to her workplace is a not a justifiable response, the accurate response is to forget about it because even a false claim is a black mark against her career and to commit such a serious action based on flimsy evidence is not an response proportional to the argument. To go after someone based on nothing and potentially scar her career is moronic. Part of being an adult is interacting with people you disagree with and when this happens the mature thing to do is forget about it and move on. Just because you disagree with someone does not give you the right to potentially ruin their life.

Her human rights you want to violate is you labeling her a racist first and then find the evidence after the fact to prove your claim true or false (You're suppose to gather the evidence first and then you are free to label her). This is not a fair or just process. You think racism is this ultimate evil that justifies any response even if the initial claim turns out to be false, this is a front to a person right to be assumed innocent until proven guilty. So this brings us back to my original comment that this is a witch hunt. You have no actual evidence and yet you want to ruin her life.

And hey if you want to go after my typos go for it, going after someones grammar and spelling is the clearest sign you believe your argument is flawed.
