TLDR: Duo is good for work, bad for school.

In addition to taking calsses at OSU, I work in between. The office I'm at also uses DUO. At work its great, as you need it infrequently, and you can have a charger dedicated at your workstation whenever you need it. But in class, I have to login multiple times because of network errors, closing tabs, device/browser crashing, dying, etc. Its on the off chance you do forget a charge or your phone you're boned. No login for you.

Also, as for asking others for a device, this is just socially not really done. Its awkward. And yeah "get over it" is easy to say, but there are a lot of introverted people out there that would rather sit there, saying nothing, and miss information, than ask somebody around them.

Overall I get your points, but its's impractical to have all 60,000+ undegrad and grad students consistently do this.
