I apologize to bother you but saw your posting. I'm not sure what area you are looking in, but we are building a new house in the JTown area and selling our current house. It's a 3 bed 2 bath with a fenced-in backyard that I think is pretty well sized, but nothing overwhelming.

Our house is not perfect, but it has been well taken care of. It's in a good neighborhood, close walking distance to the center of downtown Jtown. No major issues and we have done some updates to the house as we have lived here almost 6 years.
