No, actually. An opinion doesn't equal facts - so you wouldn't actually present is as if it is completely right. I called you out on that, but you can call it snotty all you want if it makes you feel any better.

From just reading your post, it seems as if you have failed to consider other facts and statistics to support your argument. The only two, somewhat clear supporting points/assumptions are as follows:

1. Buzzword statistics are wrong because it's too much of a sensitive topic to challenge them
2. Something about the police screwing up their job?

In MY opinion, I think you should do some more research into what rape culture actually is so you are more informed about it. However, I am OPEN to hearing more about your point of view.
