Also, I agree with psychologists say that you are a mix of 5 closest people to you(generally speaking) Because not everyone is as susceptible to influencing their thoughts and behaviors based on the people around them...For example, The kid who makes it out the hood, while the majority of his peers stick around... but yes, For the most part that's probably true.

However, I don't think that's why the poor hangout with the poor, and the rich with the rich. I think don't think they have a choice, for the most part. I'm not saying they don't have a choice to try and make it out of the hood(they might not).. I'm just saying, They don't have the choice to just hang out with rich people. I've gotta assume that if given a simple choice, Rich people aren't going to choose to hang out with poor people... and it doesn't mean they want to hang out with rich, but they for sure don't want to hang out with the poor.

I feel the opposite could be said for poor people if given the choice. They wouldn't choose to hang out with poor people either... Of course they'd rather have a friend with a yacht. I guess you could say they are choosing to hang out with them, if they don't make an attempt to not be poor...
