Recipe Generator??

I don't know of a keto recipe calculator. However, if you need actual recipes, look here: https://www.reddit.com/r/ketorecipes.

I can help you a little bit though.

I am like you -- I personally find it difficult to plan out my meals and track every last thing -- sometimes I am hungry at different times so this makes it difficult to really plan anything. I just tell myself to:

  • not eat over (approx) 20g of carbs. This means no bread, wheat, flour, starch, regular sodas, lemonade, fruits, etc.

  • not eat too much fat, or eating too much in general. This whole jar of peanuts is only 6 carbs! Amazing, right? No. This jar of peanuts also has 150g of fats. Some people say that there is no need to count fats and the likes while on keto, but you absolutely need to. Make sure not to overreat in calories, either. You don't need to monitor your calories as much as on another diet, but don't eat 5 double-cheeseburgers without bread from McDonalds in one day. Which I have shamefully done before while not on keto, lol.

  • eat your veggies. I personally find carrots and lettuce awesome - they taste well with most dips and dressings, you can eat them while not cooked and they taste well, and they cover the little carbs you need if you are not a fan of vegetables. Be careful not to overeat carrots though, those little fucks can be addictive, and they have about 8g of carbs in one serving, depending on the brand.

  • drink water! drink as much water as you can. I have one diet soda per day, usually during the day. For the rest of the day I am drinking water, and I sometimes drink water with artificial sweeteners while in the mood.

Good luck on your keto journey!
