House of Horrors Match- Is it even for the title?

This is the exact wording of the promo that set up the match--

Bray Wyatt: "Of course I have my rematch coming, but first I have something very very very special planned for you. You see Randy, I want to fight, but I want to fight in a different kind of match. One that will not only push your body, but it will push your mind as well. I promise. I'm going to drive you to a new level of insanity. You will be twisted far more than you have ever been twisted before, not just mentally but physically as well. Psychologically. I'm going to change the way that you view this entire world. Light will turn to darkness. Kindness into wrath. We're gonna hear you scream, Randy. We're gonna watch you cry. Watch your soul devour itself. And at the end of the night, one of us will be sentenced to eternal damnation. You see Randy I want to fight you in what I like to call, a house of horrors match."

Randy Orton: "I dont know what a house of horrors match exactly is, Bray, but I accept your challenge. And, I see that you're here, so why don't you come down to the ring so I can whip your ass one more time."

Absolutely no mention of it being for the title, in fact a SPECIFIC call out of this NOT being the "mandatory rematch". Then for the rest of that episode of Smackdown, commentary only says things like "Randy agreed to a house of horrors match sight unseen" etc. No specific reference to whether it is or isn't for the title.

Then on the next episode of Smackdown, there is NO graphic or call out from announcers that the match is for the title. The graphic specifically says it's JUST a House of Horrors match, and Tom Phillips says "Bray Wyatt gets his wish and he will face Randy Orton in a House of Horrors Match", doesnt even call it a rematch or anything.
