Recommendations for Hot Tubs

I gave my hot tub away 2 months ago on Craigslist free. There a lot of free tubs on Craigslist. A new tub might cost $3,000-$8,000 but if you wait and find a good free one that will not cost much to fix up you can find a local hot tub guy you can pay to make it like new.Yo should also line a piano mover or someone to move it when you fins it.

With that said, KC is not a great town to own a convertible or own a hot tub. It is either too cold or too hot.

We used the tub a lot in the first 2 years and then go tired of it.

Depends on why you want one (social or therapeutic) but I liked it for therapeutic so I when I needed to re do a bathroom I put in a Jacuzzi tub. I use it 2-3 ties a week.

As far as chemical, it is easy and not that expensive. What we did is is dumped the chemicals and let it run for 15-20 AFTER using it. After some trial and eoor we had it down how much to use (and it was not much). After the post tub cleaning it was good to go the next time. Our tub was a 5 person tub, so not that big so in addition to easy chemical clean we would empty it and refill it about once a month. plus there are some floaty ball things that you leave in there that help keep the skime from building up.

When I emptied I would also use a product call gel gloss to keep the fiber glass clean.

TL/DR I would suggest finding one for free on CL or installing a jet tub in your bathroom.
