Jackson County to join mask mandate. Goes into effect July 1st.

Couple of questions...

I notice that most of the "masks" being sold on TV, on NFL.com, at the hardware store, etc etc say NOT FOR MEDICAL USE or something like that.

I suppose that means these masks are not proper for a surgeon doing brain surgery or something. BUT where do they draw the line on what is useful/helpful mask and what is a useless bullshit mask.

So what is the legal standard for wearing a mask?

1) Does the mask have to be medical grade, or can someone simply grab a pair of underwear, put the panties on their head and they are legal?

2) What about people who wear masks improperly? We see so many people with the mask below their nose, some with the mask on their chin, below their mouth.
