Reject Mainstream Streaming, Embrace Unmainstream Streaming.

No, I mean most. I mod r/animepiracy and see recommendations/requests for sites literally every hour or so. The vast majority of people don't care much (I.E they won't go torrent BDrips and such) but they still do care enough to go for higher quality streaming sites, with the exception being people on capped data plans. Based on the responses from the yearly polls we've conducted, as well as our own observations, most people use higher quality sites like aniwatch or twist, and even those on capped data plans would rather use sites like animepahe than watch on Youtube. The amount of people who watch at 240p or less is very miniscule (less than 10%). Maybe what you said would have been true 5-10 years ago, but right not most people do have decent enough connections to spend 100-200mb per episode (that's what animepahe uses up) and have decent speeds.
