Remove Bathroom AC Register? (x-post from /r/HVAC)

I went to college to ski, sail and drink beer & barely graduated. Maybe add girls to that list. I stare at computer monitors all day. This HVAC stuff is all new to me and it could be a completely dumb idea to remove the AC register from my bathroom...

But I know a little about cars and I also know that Bernoulli and Venturi figured out some things a while back that sortof support my assumption that the vacuum created by the fan is strongest near the fan and since the AC register is so close to the fan, air is pulled from the AC register first, not the fan. I know our air handler is an open loop system (no flaps to close it) and I have no idea what the resistance is of the air handler's heat exchange or return filter vs. the home's cfm draw resistance... But basically if the exhaust fan is sucking from the AC register first (summer or winter) then the fan would be exhausting air from throughout the house before it exhausts bathroom air... Which isn't what I want...

So I guess I somewhat answered my own question --but I now wonder if I should remove the AC register or go through the effort to relocate them both to ideal locations.
