What is the best way to heat up a house?

Reading your posts and replies, I pick up on this poor me pity party attitude. Not sure what that’s about.

Like you start right off with single mom of 3 small kids. How’s that relevant? And you say you know nothing about houses, in a sort of dismissive way in some replies.

Reminds me of one of my family members who does that. Kinda acts like they can’t do anything and need help, I think it’s some kind of learned habit to get sympathy and help.

It doesn’t matter that you’re a single mom of 3 small kids and certainly doesn’t belong at the top of your post asking for homeowner help.

You need to fix your heater. Whoever went and said it’s working fine are obviously wrong. A heater shouldn’t blow cold. If it can’t keep up, it may need to be replaced. If it’s not strong enough for the space & insulation, may need to be upgraded. That company you paid $400 to should’ve helped you. Tell them that. Or find another and pay them another $400. Be an adult and take care of your own problems.
