Resume Advice Thread - November 19, 2022

I'm a 2nd year uni student & I'm a few lines over 1 page for my resume, so I need to choose to remove 1 of the following internships/projects/accomplishments currently on my resume:

  1. Crypto Startup - Full-Stack Internship (2022-2023)
  2. Payments-Related Startup - Backend/Infra Internship (4 Months in 2022)
  3. Defunct Tiny Pre-seed Messaging Startup - Frontend Internship (4 Months in 2020, kinda want to remove this, especially since I want to get into more backend-focused dev, but it probably looks better on my resume to have 3 internships than 2)
  4. Large Open Source Python Graphics Library (1 million+ downloads, 1500% perf. improvement)
  5. Link shortener (used 50k+ times at my university which is impressive for solo project, but extremely basic implementation)
  6. Financial data aggregation & analysis project (demonstrates my knowledge of using a variety of databases, cool imo)
  7. $20k+ Venture Capital Grant (it's unique, but irrelevant to my preferred field: full-stack/backend dev)
  8. Won 9 hackathons (got me a few interviews, so hesitant to remove this)

Any recommendations on what to remove?
